I authorize the $125.00 participation fee to be charged to my card on file

Group Dance Participation

I am available for technical rehearsal on Saturday 6/3 (time TBA)

I am available for dress rehearsal on Sunday 6/4 (time TBA)

I am available for the Showcase on 6/10

I authorize the $75.00 per class participation fee to be charged to my card on file. Each group class will perform one piece on stage.
